You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate at the time of registration and that you will promptly update your Account details in the event of any changes.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, philpower is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (accepted documents include: Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and may additionally require a liveness photograph or short video confirmation. philpower reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
Any Account found to contain materially false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information — including a falsely declared date of birth — will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. philpower will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or social media. You must notify philpower immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. philpower will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or from any unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. You agree not to share your Account with any third party or allow any third party to use your Account for any purpose.
philpower accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. philpower does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider's own terms may apply.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your philpower Account are lawfully yours and do not originate from any illegal activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. philpower is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
philpower is not liable for delays or failures in deposit transactions caused by your payment provider, network outages, or events outside philpower's reasonable control. If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within thirty (30) minutes, please contact the philpower support team via live chat with proof of transaction.
Withdrawal requests may only be processed after successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. philpower reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts that exceed defined thresholds or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Upon termination of an Account, any balance remaining after deduction of pending withdrawals, bonus amounts subject to forfeiture, and any outstanding obligations will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
All content on the philpower Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio files, video content, and text, is the intellectual property of philpower or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, adaptation, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without philpower's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, philpower shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party system outages, or force majeure events; or (d) the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided on the Platform. philpower's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the breach thereof, or your use of the philpower Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
philpower reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the philpower Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
